From Portland: Take Interstate 295 North to 95 North, following the signs to Augusta. Take Augusta exit 113 to 202/9/3, follow through Augusta to Route 3. Follow Route 3 all the way into Belfast to Route 1 heading North. Go about 2 miles, just across the Passagassawaukeag Bridge, Yankee Clipper Motel is just down on the left side of the street.

From the North: Take Interstate 95 South down to Bangor exit for Route 1A. Follow Route 1A signs headed towards Hampden and Winterport. Continue on Route 1A through Bucksport and Searsport. Yankee Clipper Motel is located about 4 1/2 miles past downtown Searsport on right-hand side.

For a Scenic Ride: Follow Scenic U.S. Route 1 and 1A from either the North or the South. 1A follows the coast with many beautiful stops along the way.
